As part of the IMPACT project, the consortium developed a comprehensive Dissemination Plan, outlining the communication and visibility strategy to promote project outcomes and engage key stakeholders.
The plan aims to ensure widespread awareness, community engagement, and the long-term sustainability of the project’s results.
It defines clear objectives, communication tools, and responsibilities for all partners, ensuring that the project’s achievements are effectively shared at the local, national, and European levels.
Key elements of the Dissemination Plan include:
-
Branding and visibility strategy – unified visual identity following Erasmus+ and EU visibility rules.
-
Target audiences – mentors and mentees, clubs, federations, parents, policymakers, media, and the general public.
-
Communication channels – project website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), newsletters, traditional media, printed materials, and public events.
-
Partner roles – all partners actively promote project results through their networks and local activities.
-
Monitoring and evaluation – continuous measurement of communication reach, engagement, and media coverage.
The Dissemination Plan also includes key promotional events such as local workshops, the European Softball Camp, and the EBSCA Coaches Convention, where the IMPACT project and its mentoring model will be presented to a wider European sports audience.
Through these coordinated actions, the Dissemination Plan strengthens the project’s visibility, fosters collaboration, and ensures that the IMPACT project leaves a lasting contribution to youth development and mentoring in softball.
