As part of the IMPACT project, the team developed a Project Management Handbook, a key document that ensures effective coordination, transparency, and accountability within the consortium.
The handbook outlines the rules, roles, and processes that govern project implementation, defining clear responsibilities and obligations for all partners to promote productive collaboration.
It also includes detailed sections on decision-making procedures, conflict resolution mechanisms, and reporting processes, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project management across all work packages.
A major component of the handbook is the Quality Assurance Plan, which sets out the quality standards and evaluation methods that guide all project activities. The plan identifies success indicators, monitoring tools, and feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement and high-quality results.
The handbook will serve as a practical guide for all partners during the implementation of the IMPACT project and as a model of best practice for future European mentoring initiatives in softball.
