At the EBSCA Camp, the IMPACT team presented the project to instructors and shadow coaches, sharing its goals and tools for empowering mentors. Participants received flyers with a QR code linking directly to the Udemy course, making it easy to explore the program and join the mentoring journey.

The EBSCA Camp provided the perfect opportunity to showcase the IMPACT project and its goals to a wider coaching community. During the camp, we presented the project to instructors and shadow coaches, introducing them to its vision, activities, and the importance of mentoring in the development of young athletes.

Through the presentation, we highlighted how IMPACT focuses on building strong mentor–mentee relationships, developing life and sports skills, and creating a supportive environment where young players can thrive. Coaches and instructors were particularly interested in the mentoring structure and the tools we’ve developed to help mentors guide athletes more effectively.

As part of our presentation, we distributed IMPACT flyers with key information about the project and a QR code that links directly to our Udemy course for mentors. This made it easy for participants to explore the online learning platform, access materials, and learn more about the mentoring process in their own time.

The feedback we received was very positive. Many coaches expressed interest in the course and the overall approach of the IMPACT project, recognizing the importance of structured mentorship in sports. Sharing our work at such an event was a valuable experience — not only to promote the project but also to exchange ideas and connect with others who share the same passion for athlete development and education.

By presenting IMPACT at the EBSCA Camp, we took another step toward strengthening the network of mentors and coaches who can make a lasting difference in the lives of young athletes across Europe.
